Located in Donggang Town, Wuxi City, and founded in August 1997, Wuxi Wanfeng Rubber covers an area of 65,000 square meters . The company currently has 250 employees, including 28 engineering and technical personnel. It operates a Rubber Regeneration Technology Center and a Rubber Resource Recycling Research Institute. Annually, the company recycles waste tires to produce various types of reclaimed rubber, totaling 100,000 tons. This includes 50,000 tons of tread reclaimed rubber, 50,000 tons of butyl reclaimed rubber, and 10,000 tons of rubber powder. Notably, the butyl reclaimed rubber utilizes top-tier production technology in China and undergoes a double filtration process with a 100-mesh screen, ensuring highly stable product quality.

The company has its own import and export rights. In 2022 and 2023, it was ranked first in the industry based on sales statistics from the Rubber Industry Association. In 2008, "Wanfeng" reclaimed rubber was selected as the recommended brand by Rubber Industry Association. In June 2007, it was appraised as an advanced enterprise for safe, environmentally friendly and cleaner production. In August of the same year, it was also awarded as a national demonstration enterprise for recycling waste rubber by China Rubber Industry Association. In 2017, it was recognized as a standardized pilot enterprise for circular economy in Jiangsu Province. In 2024, the company established the Rubber Resource Recycling Research Institute in collaboration with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, marking the first and only research and application technology center for reclaimed rubber in the industry. This development significantly advances the industry, contributes to tire harmless utilization, and supports carbon reduction efforts in the rubber sector.

The enterprise passed ISO9001 in 2001. In 2014, it passed the certification of ISO14001 and ISO45001. In 2023, it obtained EU REACH certification. In 2024, it obtained ISCC PLUS certification.
